Website information and client agreements

We describe our services on this website to help you decide whether to contact us. Submitting an enquiry or booking a discovery call does not create a paid client engagement or oblige either side to proceed. Any paid work is governed by a separately agreed written proposal and service agreement, which set out the scope, fees, commitments, responsibilities, ownership, and cancellation terms for that work. These website terms do not replace that agreement.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when you contact us or book a call. If you act for a business, you should have authority to share its information and discuss its needs with us. Do not impersonate someone else, submit malicious or unlawful material, interfere with the website, or attempt to access systems or information you are not authorized to use.

The contact and booking features are intended for genuine business enquiries. We may reject or limit abusive submissions and may change or suspend website features when needed for security or maintenance.

Content and results

The website copy, design, and RR Digital Strategies brand materials belong to us or their respective owners. You may view them for personal or internal business evaluation, but please ask before reproducing or using them commercially. Any examples of projects or results describe their particular circumstances and do not guarantee a result for your business.

Bookings, links, and external services

Online bookings use Google Calendar, and video calls may use Google Meet. Your invitation and private management link should be kept secure. Other links on this website may lead to websites or services operated by third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information submitted through this website.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but content may change and features may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by temporary website outages, errors, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

Law and changes

These website terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. We may update them by posting a new version here with a revised effective date. The updated terms apply to website use after they are posted; they do not amend any separately signed client agreement.
