Information we collect

• Enquiries: your name, email address, business name, and message, plus a phone number and website if you provide them.
• Bookings: your name, email address, business name, meeting preference, time zone, and any optional notes. A callback number is required for a phone call. We also keep the appointment time and status. You receive a private link for managing the appointment.
• Correspondence and client work: information you send us by email or share while discussing or receiving services, such as business details and project materials.
• Website activity: page visits and limited events measured by Vercel Web Analytics. Our hosting and security systems may also process technical information, such as IP address, browser details, and request logs.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange and manage calls, prepare proposals, deliver and support agreed services, keep business records, protect the website from abuse, and understand which pages and actions are useful. Sending an enquiry or booking a call does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We do not sell your personal information.

Website measurement and security

Vercel Web Analytics measures page activity and limited events, including booking-link clicks, saved enquiries, and confirmed bookings. We do not send names, email addresses, enquiry messages, or appointment details in those events. We do not currently use advertising or remarketing tags on this website.

The contact and booking forms use validation, a hidden spam field, and request limits. To apply those limits, we store a keyed hash derived from the request IP address. The raw IP address is not part of the enquiry or booking record. Hosting providers may keep their own operational logs. You can manage browser cookies and similar storage through your browser settings.

Service providers and sharing

We use Vercel to host the website and provide analytics, Neon to store enquiry and booking records, Google Calendar to schedule calls and provide invitations and Google Meet links, and Resend to deliver contact-form notifications. Those notifications identify a saved enquiry by reference and do not contain its contact fields or message. Calendar invitations include your name, email address, business name, meeting time, and any phone number or discussion notes you provide for the call, as well as the private booking management link. Authorized personnel access enquiry and booking records only as needed for our work.

These providers may process or store information outside Canada, including in the United States. Information in another country may be subject to its laws and lawful access by its authorities. We may also disclose information if required by law or reasonably needed to protect rights, safety, or the security of our services.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it to respond to you, manage appointments, provide services, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. We delete information on request when we no longer need to keep it for those purposes. Copies in provider backups may remain until their normal backup cycle ends.

Your choices and requests

Email info@rrdigitalstrategies.com to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw consent to a use of your information. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Withdrawal or deletion may be limited where we still need information to provide a requested service or meet a legal obligation. We will respond as required by applicable law. You may also raise a concern with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Security, external links, and updates

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect information. No online system is completely secure. Links to other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices.

This website is intended for business enquiries and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

We may update this policy as our practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide any notice or seek any consent required by law.
